Laws Around PCR Hemp CBD Oil are changing
All around the world, the laws around cannabis as medicine are changing at an ever increasing speed.
In France however that is not quite the case as the French government made medical cannabis legal in 2013 it has not yet made it available. The French Health Minister Agnes Buzyen claims to be supportive of medical cannabis wants to see more research and medical studies, although legal in the form of Sativex (created by GW Pharmaceuticals) a price has never been agreed upon so patients are suffering while the government haggles over price. Before she makes any decisions the minister is awaiting reports that will demonstrate if other known pharmaceutical forms of cannabis have any health benefits. “ I have absolutely no doctrine on this, it’s either useful or it isn’t “ Several elected officials and leading Doctors have asked for Legalization of medical cannabis, which they have said could ease the suffering of over 300,000 patients. They also pointed out that 33 countries worldwide have either partially or completely legalised cannabis as a medicine.
